Three-Roller Vortex ATH Surface Activation Modification Mill
How It Works
Dry ATH powder is quantitatively fed into the first mixing chamber via a sealed screw feeder; solid modifiers (stearic acid, aluminate, titanate, silane coupling agent) are metered synchronously by a dosing pump.
Three serial triangular staggered rotor units rotate at high speed to generate cross-directional turbulent vortex flow. ATH agglomerates are fully dispersed under repeated shear and collision across multi-stage chambers. Friction between ATH particles and rotors generates mild stable heat to melt coating agents, enabling full contact between modifier and ATH surface active sites for uniform surface activation treatment.
The whole system operates under full negative pressure to prevent dust leakage. Modified loose ATH powder is conveyed to cyclone separators and bag dust collectors. It can be directly connected to upstream grinding and drying equipment without intermediate storage silos to form a one-stop closed ATH deep processing production line.
