Turbo Flash Disintegration & Drying Machine
How It Works
Wet ATH filter cake with 15%–25% moisture is quantitatively fed into the bottom drying chamber by a screw feeder. The high-speed turbo rotor generates powerful impact and shear force to break rigid wet agglomerates while preserving the crystalline morphology and inherent flame retardant properties of aluminum hydroxide.
Preheated low-temperature hot air enters tangentially from the bottom of the chamber to form a spiral swirling fluidized field. Dispersed fine ATH particles make full contact with hot airflow, and free surface moisture evaporates instantly through flash drying — strictly controlled below the thermal decomposition threshold of ATH.
Lightweight, fully dried fine ATH powder is carried upward by airflow to the top grading ring. Qualified loose ATH powder flows into cyclone separators and bag dust collectors. Oversized semi-dry ATH agglomerates are blocked by the grading ring, fall back to the bottom turbo disintegration zone for repeated crushing and drying, forming closed-circuit circulation. The entire system runs under slight negative pressure to prevent ATH dust leakage.
